Top Secret: Grandma's Lasagna Recipe
Sharing a family secret... promise it will become a staple.
To be frank, I felt a bit daunted by the idea of making this dish. As someone who had never attempted lasagna before, I imagined it to be a complex process. Surprisingly, I found it incredibly easy to prepare, and now I can't believe I waited this long to give it a try. Even after trying lasagnas from New York's top spots, I still find myself longing for my grandma's version. She insists that her secret ingredient is cottage cheese.
Give it a go and let me know what you think.
